Signup

Signup is divided into three steps.

  1. Create a reservation for a phonenumber.
  2. Create a payment ticket.
  3. Create the new account.

The methods for performing can be found under the "Signup" heading in the method list. Se more here.

Step 1 - Creating a reservation for a phonenumber

If you plan on creating a customer with a new phonenumber you must perform a reservation. If you wish to create a new customer using number porting you can skip this step.

Step 2 - Creating a payment ticket

You need to create a payment ticket before you signup a customer. The ticket thus created will be used for handling any initial payments and any automatic topups that the customer wants.

Step 3 - Signing up a customer

When doing the actual signup you need to discern between four specific cases.

Signing up a person with a new number

Here you need to complete both step 1 and 2 above.

Signing up a person with number porting

Here you need to complete step 2 above.

Signing up a company with a new number

Here you need to complete both step 1 and 2 above.
